(Richmond)- Lawmakers are back in Richmond today for the start of a special legislative session. Governor Youngkin called for the special session late last month as the state budget remains unfinished. Members of the House and Senate will also discuss Governor Youngkin’s proposal on the three-month gas tax holiday.
