Report Released on Winter Storm Debacle

(Richmond)-  A state external review revealed the state was not prepared for the January snowstorm that left hundreds stranded along I-95.  The report discovered that multiple agencies including State Police and V-DOT didn’t communicate properly with the public before and after the storm.  The report also found that V-DOT needs to improve its snow clearing efforts.  Governor Youngkin pointed the blame at the previous administration saying they were not prepared and his team has been working to fix the issues.
