(Richmond)-Virginia’s statewide tornado drill is set for next week. Virginia Department of Emergency Management and the National Weather Service coordinate the annual drill which will be held the year on Tuesday, March 8th at 9:45 a.m. That’s when alerts will sound across the Commonwealth. Area TV and radio station sell also air a test message fro the Emergency Alert System.
