(Waldorf)- Authorities in Charles County have charged a 16-year-old boy with distribution of marijuana. His charges were filed after he was caught trying to conduct a drug transaction at Westlake High School Thursday morning. The 15-year-old who made the purchase was cited with possession of marijuana.
