(Richmond)- Students returning to the University of Richmond after winter break will need to provide negative COVID-19 test results first. Those who will be living in the dorms will need to supply a recent PCR test before moving in, while students who commute will be required to have their test results by January 10th. University officials say they’re hoping to avoid a post-holiday spike in coronavirus cases.
