(Richmond)- Crash investigators with Virginia State Police are turning to the public in hopes of gathering tips related to a fatal accident. The crash killed a 26-year-old man in Westmoreland County in late August and State Police have been unable to find a suspect vehicle in connection to this accident. Anyone with information that will help lead to an arrest is being asked to call Virginia State Police.
