(Stafford)- Stafford welcomes a major developer of unmanned military systems. U-Vision USA Corporation announced yesterday that they will be establishing a production and training center in Stafford County. It’s a two-point-two-million-dollar project that’ll also create 40-new jobs. Virginia beat out six-other states to land the project.
