(Richmond)- DMV will make some major changes this week. Wednesdays are now being added to the schedule for walk-in service. Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays were already available for walk-in needs. People will still need to make appointments on Mondays and Fridays. All of the changes are set to begin today.
