(Richmond)- Governor Northam is proposing nearly 245-million-dollars to increase funding for outdoor recreation. Northam proposes investing money to improve state parks, regional trails, and the Office of Outdoor Recreation. Northam says being outdoors has been something more common since the start of the pandemic. The Governor will present his complete budget to state lawmakers next week.
