(Richmond)- Flags are being lowered across Virginia today in memory of a fallen officer. Big Stone Gap Police Officer Michael Chandler was fatally wounded while responding to a call over the weekend. Governor Northam has ordered the U.S. and Virginia flags to be flown at half-staff today. They must remain lowered until sunset.
