(Richmond)- Many Virginians are having to play the waiting game for their SNAP benefits. It comes as the Virginia Department of Social Services announced a delay for SNAP beneficiaries that were set to receive an emergency allowance for this month. Officials say they’re working to fix the issue as soon as possible. There’s no word on when the payments will be made.
