(Waldorf)- Sheriff’s deputies in Charles County are investigating a carjacking incident from earlier this week. Authorities say the Lyft driver was waiting on a passenger when a 30-year-old man ran up to his car and pulled him out of the vehicle. The suspect sped off but was caught moments later after the victim called 9-1-1. The suspect has been charged with assault, carjacking and theft
