(Richmond)- Virginians have not seen much relief at the gas pumps over the past week. Triple-A reports that the average price for a gallon of gas is around three-dollars-and-28-cents per gallon. That’s only down by a penny from last week but still nearly 20-cents more than last month. Virginia’s average sits more than ten-cents below the nationwide average.
