(Richmond)- Access to some vital records will be off-limits this weekend at the D-M-V. It’s all related to scheduled database maintenance by the Virginia Department of Health on Saturday. Birth, marriage and death certificates will be unavailable. Anyone needing these items should consider taking care of it before the weekend.
