(Richmond)- Face mask guidelines are changing at the University of Richmond. U of R says face coverings are no longer required inside residence halls. It all comes as the campus has seen a drop in new COVID-19 cases as of late. Additionally, students that are working or studying alone in various campus buildings are also no longer required to mask-up.
