(Petersburg)- Enrollment has been on the rise at Virginia State University. In fact, the school is reporting its largest enrollment increase in more than ten years. During the fall semester, the school pulled in 280 new students which is nearly a 70-percent increase than the fall 2020 semester. The university’s retention rate is also at its highest mark in 20-years.
