(Richmond)- The Virginia Employment Commission is about to make some major upgrades to its Unemployment Insurance System later today. Everyone should file their weekly claims before 2 o’clock this afternoon so that all payments can be processed. Later this evening, customers will not have access to the call center or any other online programs. All upgrades are set to begin at 5 o’clock today.
