(Richmond)- The Virginia Employment Commission has decided to delay upgrades to its system yet again. It was originally delayed from early October to November 1st, and it will now take place next Monday. That means that people should have their weekly claims filed by 2 o’clock next Monday for them to be processed. While the website is shutdown, users will also be unable to speak to agents on the phone.
