(Richmond)- The cost of gasoline in Virginia is still going up. According to Triple-A, the average Virginian is paying about three-dollars-and-22-cents per gallon for unleaded fuel. That is the most that Virginia drivers have seen in a while and nearly a quarter more than the average in late September. A year ago at this time, we were paying about two dollars a gallon.
