(DC)- Using a bus in DC might be your best option in getting around today. That’s the message from Metro as they’ve decided to place about 60-percent of their 7000-series rail cars out of service today. It comes after officials discovered a defect found in the car that derailed last week trapping hundreds of passengers. Only around 40 trains will be operating today.
