(Richmond)- One Virginia power company is about to hold people accountable for paying their dues. Dominion Energy has announced that they will once again start disconnecting service for people that are more than two-months behind in payments. It all takes effect on November 8th as the State of Emergency has ended in Virginia which now allows for disconnections to resume. The company has payment plans.
