(Undated)- High water in several areas yesterday. Storms pushed through the region yesterday dumping several inches of rain, especially in Northern Virginia. At least three people were rescued from their cars in Fairfax County. Meanwhile, another woman was stuck inside of her vehicle along Columbia Pike in the Arlington area. Parts of I-95 in Richmond were closed when high water took over the roadway.
