(Blacksburg)- The clock is ticking for students at Virginia Tech to show proof of vaccination. Students may also submit an exemption request to the school by today. Data shows that at least 90-percent of the student body have been vaccinated, and 70-percent of staff have taken the shot. Course registrations will be placed on hold and access to housing will be banned for students who fail to follow the new guidelines. Employees are not required to get vaccinated.
