(Richmond)- One Virginia university has made some major changes to its enrollment process as health concerns rise. CVU will not complete the registration process for students who haven’t been vaccinated. Students were required to submit their vaccination records to V-C-U by July 15th. School officials said that at least 70-percent of students have provided their required documentation.
