(Richmond)- Another young person has died of COVID-19. The state Department of Health said the child is from the Rappahannock Area Health District. Not much information was provided but we do know that the child is under the age of ten, marking the second similar fatality since the pandemic began. Health Commissioner Dr. Norm Oliver is encouraging everyone to get vaccinated.
