(Richmond)- Thousands of people are failing to show up for appointments at state DMV offices. Officials say nearly 700-thousand appointments were made over the last year and people didn’t appear after scheduling them. Currently, D-M-V offices are open for appointment only. Officials have not announced when walk-in service will return.
