(Arlington)- Widespread damages in Arlington County are being blamed on a tornado. The National Weather Service has confirmed that an E-F-1 twister touched down late Thursday night in Arlington. The storms brought heavy rains, winds, and lightning to the area. Officials also confirmed another tornado ripped through parts of DC moments after it impacted Northern Virginia.
