(Annapolis)- Maryland’s COVID-19 State of Emergency ends today. Governor Larry Hogan says that face masks are no longer required anywhere. Businesses, schools, and child care facilities may continue with their own policies if they wish. At least 72-percent of Maryland adults have received one dose of the vaccine.
