(Fredericksburg)- A man is now in police custody after he shot a man to death in Fredericksburg. Police arrested 45-year-old Jacquin Davis after they found a 39-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound on Saturday night. The victim was rushed to a hospital where he later died. Mr. Davis has been charged with second-degree murder, and the investigation continues.
