(Richmond)- At least half of the state is now fully vaccinated against COVID-19. We reached the milestone over the weekend. Over four million fully vaccinated. Nearly five-million people are vaccinated with at least one shot. Around 20-thousand doses are being administered across the Commonwealth each day.
