(Richmond)- Virginians have not seen much change in the price at the pump as of late. Yesterday’s average for a gallon of gas across the Commonwealth was two-dollars-and-92-cents. According to Triple-A, that price is down just a penny from last week and two-cents from the week before. Virginia continues to sit well below the nationwide average of three-dollars-and-seven-cents
