(Richmond)- Richmond may be a step closer to getting a new baseball stadium. A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held yesterday at the new Alcohol Beverage Control facility in Hanover County on Pole Green Road. ABC is leaving its Hermitage Road location near The Diamond. Vacating that property will allow VCU and the Flying Squirrels to build a new ballpark they would share.
