(Blacksburg)- Virginia is legalizing marijuana possession on July 1st, but Virginia Tech officials say that changes nothing on campus. Tech has recently updated its code of conduct regarding drugs and alcohol. Marijuana possession and use is still banned on campus, both medical and recreational. Officials say federal funds could be lost if the Drug-Free Schools and Community Act is violated.
