(Richmond)- Gas prices prices continue to rise. According to Triple-A, the average price for a gallon is nearly 20-cents more than this time last month. Meanwhile, Virginians are paying 15-cents less than the average across the country. Around this time last year, Virginians were paying about a-dollar less per gallon.
