(Richmond)- Virginia State Police says it recently retired 13 drug-sniffing dogs. The dogs will no longer be needed once recreational marijuana use becomes legal next month. An official says new drug-sniffing drugs won’t be trained to detect marijuana but other drugs like meth, Ecstasy and heroin.
