(Richmond)- State Police have issued a message to drivers ahead of the Memorial Day holiday weekend. Motorists are being reminded to keep any eye on their speed as they make their way through the state. State Police say that speeding puts everyone at a risk for an accident. State Police has plans to be out in full force to enforce traffic laws throughout the summer.
