(Richmond)- A judge is looking to fix all of the issues within the Virginia Employment Commission. A judge is ordering the V-E-C to take the steps to fix the backlog in unpaid unemployment insurance claims. Officials would have until Labor Day to take care of the backlog, resume payments for people who had theirs improperly cut off, and clear out any other problems.
