(Richmond)- Virginia’s COVID vaccination rate is growing closer to a goal set by President Biden. Stats from the Department of Health show that nearly 65-percent of Virginians 18-and-up have received at least one dose of a vaccine. Biden wants to see 70-percent of all adults at least partially vaccinated by 4th of July.
