(Charlottesville)- The University of Virginia is requiring its students to get their COVID vaccines. Students must prove they’ve been fully-vaccinated by July 1st in order to be allowed on campus. Medical or religious exemptions will be considered, but these students will be tested for COVID weekly. UVA President Jim Ryan says the measure will allow students to live, study and gather together safely.
