(Harrisonburg)- Rangers at the Shenandoah National Park are urging visitors to pick up their trash. Garbage has been an increasing problem recently, as park attendance shot up by 15-percent in 2020. With more people continuing to visit, a management specialist for the park says trash is still posing an invitation for animals. Visitors are being asked to haul off their own trash if cans in their area are full.
