(Richmond)- The effort is still underway to restore gas supplies back to normal statewide. Colonial Pipeline reported over the weekend that its system was back up to normal operations. GasBuddy said late last night that around 33-percent of gas stations were still without fuel in the Commonwealth. That number is down drastically from last week’s peak of 56-percent outages in Virginia.
