(DC)- Sports fans may now rely on Metro to get them home after late games. The Board of Directors approved a new policy to expand rail service for sports games and special events in the city. Metro originally announced the plan last month to add an extra 30 minutes of service for when the Mystics, Nationals, Capitals, and other sports teams play at home. The waiver will run through the end of the year.
