(Annapolis)- Saturday is the day that many Marylanders have been waiting for. Indoor and outdoor venues in Maryland may resume normal service this weekend. Governor Larry Hogan says that includes restaurants. Meanwhile, wearing a mask indoors will continue to be mandated until at least 70-percent of the state’s population receives at least one dose of the vaccine.
