(Richmond)- A vote tally for the GOP convention is underway in Richmond. Several dozen people are on hand at a hotel to hand-count ballots cast in the governor’s race and other state contests slated for November. Republicans voted on paper ballots at nearly 40 locations on Saturday. The Virginia GOP tweeted last night that Jason Miyares won the nomination for attorney general.
