(Annapolis)- Wearing a face mask outdoors in Maryland is no longer required. That is the newest direction from Governor Larry Hogan. The Governor also announced yesterday that all restrictions are being removed for outdoor dining. That includes the social distance mandate, capacity limits, and having a seat at a bar. The loosening of the outdoor dining restrictions will take effect on Saturday.
