(Richmond)- Gas prices are on the decline across the Commonwealth. According to Triple-A, the average price for a gallon of gas is two-dollars-and-70-cents compared to this time last month where it was two-dollars-and-75-cents. The nationwide average sits at two-dollars-and-88-cents.
