(Richmond)-Getting a coronavirus vaccine might become a little more difficult in the coming weeks. The news comes after recent manufacturing problems at the Johnson-and-Johnson headquarters, which forced the manufacturer to recall 15-million doses. State health leaders say the plan is still in place to move into Phase-Two by next Sunday. Residents are just being asked to be patient as health officials navigate around the shortage. The Rappahannock Area Health District began Phase-Two last week.
