(Richmond)- Improvements have been made to the state’s vaccination call center. In a partnership with Connect Direct, the vaccine call center now has American Sign Language capabilities. People who are hard of hearing may now call 1-877-829-4682 to take advantage of the new services. There is also an ‘A-S-L NOW’ link on vaccinate-dot-virginia-dot-gov which serves the same purpose. The vaccine call center is open daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
