(Richmond)- Some statewide COVID-19 restrictions are being lifted today. Social gatherings are now being allowed up to 50 people indoors and 100 spectators outdoors. In addition, entertainment venues may now hold up to 500 people if held inside and up to 30-percent capacity for outdoor venues. The changes do not impact restaurants, bars, salons, or gyms.
