(Chesterfield)- One Virginia county is utilizing billboards to promote safe driving. Police in Chesterfield County launched their ‘In Memory Of’ campaign to encourage motorists to be smart on the roads. Three billboards located across the county will show the names and pictures of people killed by wrong decisions behind the wheel. The initiative will run through the end of April.
